Castlecroft is a Star Performer in the Chamber of Commerce Awards

Perth-based Castlecroft Securities has scooped two awards in the Perthshire Chamber of Commerce Business Star Awards announced at a glittering awards ceremony at Crieff Hydro Hotel on 22nd November.

Castlecroft is one of Scotland's leading providers of high quality serviced office, business office and industrial premises as well as owning Scotloo (portable toilets for events and construction), Scotbox (mobile site accommodation) and Keepsafe Storage Centres (secure self storage). The company won the Business in the Community Star as well as being highly Commended in the Business of the Year Category.
The Business in the Community Star was awarded on the basis of the work the company has done helping local charities and supporting local business suppliers.

Anne Smith, managing director, Castlecroft Securities said: "Our chairman is over the moon and very proud we have won these awards as it is the first year that the Highly Commended category has been introduced and Castlecroft were delighted to be the first recipient."

Castlecroft was established in 1984 and now has five office developments in Perth and three in Dundee. In addition, it owns three industrial units in Perth and one in Dundee. In 2007 the company opened its landmark £5 million King James VI business centre on the banks ot the Tay in Perth, which has achieved over 80% occupancy within a year of opening.
