Anne Smith - Managing Director

Anne joined Castlecroft in 1996 as an office administrator and in 1998 was made office manager. Three years later she was promoted to general manager and put in charge of the property, waste management and secure self-storage divisions. She was responsible for the project management of the group's flagship office development, the £5-million King James VI Business Centre in Perth which opened in 2006. Under Anne's direction it has already achieved 80% occupancy and has attracted a number of prestigious tenants.

Before joining the company, Anne worked for her family haulage business where she honed her skills in people management, IT and haulage logistics.

Gayle Acheson - Property Manager

Gayle joined Castlecroft in December 2006 after graduating from the University of Abertay Dundee with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.

Her responsibilities involve managing the company’s commercial portfolio and managing a small administration team at the King James VI Business Centre. This makes good use of her 12 years experience in office work, sales and customer service.

“Finding the right property solution for tenants is very satisfying. I joined the company when the King James VI business centre was first launched which was a very exciting time,” said Gayle. “Commercial property is a fast moving sector and Castlecroft is a great business to work for.”
