The first business to go under the spotlight is one of our newest tenants, Mark Stewart of Car Valet Perth.
Can you please introduce yourself and tell us about your business?
“Hi, I’m Mark, Director of Car Valet Perth – we specialise in vehicle detailing, ceramic coatings, paint correction, and valeting. We’re located in Mid-Friarton Business Park, where we also have our detailing training academy, offering courses on paint corrections, detailing, and ceramic coatings
We also offer regular ongoing maintenance cleans for our clients
We started out the back of my first car back in January 2023 and have slowly built our business from a couple of sprays and a hoover to our first van, second van, and now our new studio.”
How long have you been a tenant at Castlecroft?
“We’ve only been in our new unit for a few months, but we already love it.”

“Good motorway access for our clients and trainees travelling from all over Scotland and the UK
We’ve been able to create our lovely waiting area as well as training rooms within our unit
Having a state-of-the-art studio has allowed us to apply ceramic coatings in an optimal location, allowing us to improve our quality of service even more.”
What do you enjoy most about being based here?
“The surrounding businesses – everyone helps each other out and uses each other’s services when required. Someone’s always happy to help or recommend our services.”
